Subject: DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION AN AWARENESS RAISING
                                  PROGRAMME AND MATERIALS AIMED AT STRENGTHENING                 
       EFFECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT RESPONSES TO VIOLENCE
                              AGAINST WOMEN IN THE SOUTHERN AFRICAN REGION.

1.      You are requested to submit a proposal for Developing and Implementing an Awareness Raising Programme and Materials Aimed at Strengthening Effective Law Enforcement Responses to Violence Against Women in the Southern African Region,as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).
 
2.      To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:
